- Pending: every commission starts as pending for 14 days after the order, to cover possible refunds.
- Available: once the holding period ends, the commission becomes available to withdraw.
- Cancelled: if the order is refunded or cancelled, its commission is cancelled.
Two ways to withdraw
- 1Store credit
Turn your available balance into an instant one-time coupon code for the same amount, and use it on your ZTOOLZ purchases.
- 2Cash transfer
Submit a cash transfer request from the Affiliate page. The team reviews it before processing, and there is a minimum amount shown on that page.
The coupon code works only once, so use it on an order that covers its value as much as possible.
Double-check the transfer details you enter in a cash request. Mistakes can hold up the review.
A worked example
Say a customer linked to you places an order worth 50 units of the store currency after discounts, plus fees. Your commission is 20% of the 50, so 10 units, and the fees aren't included. It stays pending for 14 days, then becomes available if the order isn't refunded.
