Prohibited use and suspension
No reselling and no sharing your login, and what happens if the rules are broken.
3 min readYour ZTOOLZ subscription is personal and for your use only. This rule is essential to keep the service running for every subscriber.
What counts as a violation?
- Sharing your ZTOOLZ login with anyone else, even a friend or colleague.
- Reselling or renting out access to the tools in any form.
- Trying to extract login details or cookies from the tools, the extension or the secure browser.
- Using automation or trying to get around the device limit or daily limits.
- Breaking shared-account etiquette, such as changing passwords or deleting other people's files.
- Using the tools for anything illegal or against the terms of use.
Consequences
Depending on the type of violation and whether it repeats, ZTOOLZ may restrict access to a specific tool, suspend the subscription temporarily or close the account permanently. Subscriptions suspended for a violation are normally not refunded, in line with the refund policy.
Monitoring helps us spot unusual activity, such as sign-ins from many places in a short time. If your account is suspended and you think it's a mistake, open a support ticket and explain.
