A tour of My account

Your ZTOOLZ account is designed as a single place to manage everything. Here is a quick look at the main sections and what each one is for.

• Overview: a summary of your account, orders awaiting payment and the latest about your subscriptions.
• My subscriptions: all your active tools, their expiry dates and an Open tool button for each.
• Orders & invoices: your order history, the status of each order and your invoices. You can also re-submit a payment proof from here.
• Refund requests: submit a refund request and follow its status.
• Profile: your details and password, plus My devices to manage signed-in devices.
• AI studio: remove backgrounds, upscale images and convert them to vectors.
• Platform tutorials: walkthroughs and videos, plus downloads for the secure browser and the extension.
• Help desk, Status and Affiliate: for help, tool status and earning commissions.

Where to start

If this is your first time, start with Platform tutorials to learn which access method your tools use, then go to My subscriptions and open your first tool. If you need help along the way, the Help desk is right there in the same menu.
