Fair use and daily limits
Why usage limits exist and what to do when you reach one.
3 min readTools at ZTOOLZ are shared between several subscribers. So that everyone gets a good experience, we apply a fair use policy and may set daily limits on some tools.
What does fair use mean?
- Use the tools for your own work and needs, not for bulk or automated downloading.
- Don't use bots or scripts to automate requests to the tools.
- Close a tool when you're done instead of leaving it open for hours unused.
- With AI tools, avoid sending unnecessary repeated requests.
Daily limits
Some tools, especially downloaders and some AI tools, have a set number of actions per subscriber per day. The limit resets automatically, and if you reach it you'll see a message saying so. These limits may change depending on each tool's conditions.
A shared account itself may sometimes reach the original site's limits due to heavy use. If that happens, try another account if one is available (Access 2, for example) or try again later.
Excessive or automated use may lead to restricted access or a suspended subscription.
