How subscriptions combine

When a new purchase is added to your subscriptions and when it replaces them.

3 min read

Before you buy, it's important to know how ZTOOLZ handles your current subscriptions. The rule depends on what you have now and what you're buying.

The three rules

  1. 1
Single tools on top of single tools

Each single tool you buy is added next to your other single tools, and each keeps its own expiry date.

  2. 2
    A new plan

Buying a plan replaces all your active subscriptions, whether single tools or another plan, and the new plan becomes your subscription.

  3. 3
A single tool or custom plan while on a plan

If you have an active plan and buy a single tool or a custom plan, it replaces the plan.

Replacing means the old subscription ends and you lose access to any of its tools the new purchase doesn't include. Checkout shows you what will happen before you confirm, so read the notice carefully.

Examples

  • You have a single design tool and buy a single writing tool: both work together.
  • You have two single tools and buy a plan: only the plan remains.
  • You have a plan and buy a single tool: only the single tool remains.

If you want an extra tool that your plan doesn't include, contact support first to find the best option before you buy.
