Tool availability and the Status page
Tools can change or go into maintenance, and the Status page tells you.
2 min readTools rely on outside sites that change all the time. A site may update how sign-in works or change its restrictions, and the tool then needs maintenance before it works again. Tool availability can therefore change from time to time.
The Status page
Your account has a Status page that shows how the tools are doing: working normally, having issues or in maintenance. Check it first when a tool isn't working for you, as the problem may already be known and being worked on.
What to do if a tool is in maintenance
- Wait a little and try later. Many issues are fixed quickly.
- Try another account for the tool if an Access 2 option is available.
- If it goes on for a while, open a support ticket and mention the tool's name.
Tools may be added, replaced or removed from plans over time. The current contents of each plan are always shown on the pricing page.
Bookmark the Status page so you can get to it quickly whenever you need it.
