2 min readWhen the expiry date passes without a renewal, access to that subscription's tools stops automatically. Your ZTOOLZ account itself is not affected.
What stops
- You can no longer open the expired subscription's tools from My subscriptions, the secure browser or the extension.
- Daily allowances and features tied to the subscription stop too.
- Any other single tools that haven't expired keep working until their own dates.
What stays
- Your account, details, order history and invoices.
- Your support tickets and any affiliate balance.
Files and projects you made inside shared tools aren't stored in your account and may be removed or become hard to reach after expiry. Save your work to your device before then.
To get back quickly, buy the subscription again from the store, and the tools return to My subscriptions once payment is confirmed.
