Device limit
Each plan allows a set number of devices. Here is how to manage them.
3 min readTo protect shared accounts and stop logins from being passed around, every ZTOOLZ subscription is tied to a set number of devices. The number differs between plans, and you can find it in the plan details.
What happens when you go over the limit?
If you sign in on a new device after reaching your limit, the oldest signed-in device is signed out automatically and the new device takes its place. You won't lose your subscription, but you'll need to sign in again if you go back to the old device.
Managing your devices
- 1Open your Profile
From your account menu, choose Profile.
- 2Go to My devices
You will see a list of the devices currently signed in to your account.
- 3Remove what you don't use
Sign out old or unfamiliar devices to free a slot for a new one.
If you see a device you don't recognise in My devices, sign it out and change your password right away, then let support know.
The secure browser, the extension and a regular browser on the same computer may count as separate devices. Use only the method you need to save slots.
